”All of the staff were very nice and my room was really clean.”

”Decent breakfast and the pool looked nice. Cleanliness was majorly lacking though. Dirt, hair and trash found around trim and in corners. I could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.”

”We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading.”

”We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

”I would not recommend this place very dirty everything is old and outdated my room had a leaking sink so there was water all over the floor they don’t offer breakfast it’s really dirty”

”Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also...

”Overall this property is very dated and poorly maintained. Bathroom walls had staining, there was a clump of hair in the bath tub upon check in, the pillow cases were extremely wrinkled like they were balled up before being put on. Ice machine out of order, had to wait on front end staff both times we needed them for check in and again when key card wasn’t working. For how run down and crappy this place was in general I consider the price per night very over priced.”

”This was living in Downton Abbey for the night. It is a beautiful inn built in 1929, Our room was huge with beautiful antiques and linens; the bath was spacious and elegant. There were not many guests the night we stayed so breakfast was a modest continental offering, but it was served in a delightful breakfast room overlooking a flowered patio and gorgeous grounds. We had arrived early enough in the evening to enjoy reading in the library for few hours before bed. We would definitely stay here...

”First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone. Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting. Walking distance to shops and other fun places. Short drive to boat ramp and Bronners. I recommend staying there as I would stay there again.”
