Here, we blend the privacy of a hotel with the warm atmosphere of a hostel. Fully renovated in 2023, our 150 m² chalet is designed to make you feel at home while enjoying a friendly, natural setting.

With 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and space for up to 15 guests, the chalet is perfect for families, groups of friends, or travelers seeking authenticity.



You’ll find:

A large lounge for relaxing,

A fully equipped kitchen for 15,

High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, books, and children’s games,

Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.



Enjoy the outdoors

Covered and open terraces, balcony with views of the Alps,

Ideal location

10 minutes from Faverges and 15 from Lake Annecy, the chalet is a great base to explore the Seythenex caves and waterfalls, Fort Tamié, and ski resorts 45 minutes away.



Flexible services

Greeting at the entrance. Key handover between 4pm and 6pm. For late arrivals, please inform us in advance. Private parking and secure storage for bikes and motorbikes.
