”The Lux Verde was exceptional. The location allows easy access to all of Cottonwood and a pleasant view of the area. We stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The AC in the rooms works great and is not too loud. Breakfast was busy, but very nice. But please add bacon! While some of the guests were ill-informed and “Karenish” towards our service dog, the staff themselves were accommodating and well-informed on the law. ”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower.”
