”No hot food no tv on Friday. Guest left dog in room and dog barked alot. Staff did try to locate them.”

”Will never book a Quality Inn room again. Reserved room thru 3rd party, payment went thru just fine. Had a 16’ Penske truck and parked in front of office to check in. Was told to move truck out in dirt area. Said ok but needed to check in first bcuz I’m not carrying all my luggage across dirt lot. Was told no that we had to move truck first so she could see truck was moved. That’s just stupid! Made no sense but brought all stuff inside office then moved truck. ”It's in a convenient location, but that was really the only perk. The photos misrepresent the state of the room(s), which have seen better days. For example, the luggage rack was pitted with rust stains. The sheet cover for the pull-out sofa bed was stained. In general, the room felt like it needed a good scrub down. I was significantly disappointed, seeing as the cost per night is grossly inflated during graduation weekend. I feel the price I paid was not worth the state of the room, especially...

”The home is very close to the lake but not directly on it. The house is very nicely appointed and everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is an older upscale neighborhood and as comfortable as they come. It was a great stay.”
