”staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.”

”My son and I stayed here on 6/17. We checked in around 8:30pm and left the next day just before 11am so we weren't here long. We just needed a place to shower and sleep after a long day at Kings Island and this place served its purpose. We weren't up for breakfast so I can't speak to that but check-in was easy, the person was polite, we had no issues with the room, etc. This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely stay again.”

”Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.”

”Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

”This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

”First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.”

”The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL.”
