”The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for my family of four. We had many adventures nearby planned and the location was perfect. It was a great place to rest in between adventures whether it be a nap or settling down to a good book. The trail nearby was incredible and our last night by the fire pit was memorable. I'm very happy with our stay.”

”5 stars all around. Owner was very helpful and responsive. House was perfectly cleaned and uncluttered. Value-add amenities that were much appreciated (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, an abundance of towels and chairs, etc). And a completely stocked kitchen with newer appliances and accessories. Location was perfect - across from the park and hiking/running trails and walkable to down town Fayetteville (.7m). Thank you for providing the backdrop to an ideal family 4th of july...

”Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!”

”We loved our stay at this listing! Very close and convenient to all things New River Gorge. The home itself was VERY clean, which is always my biggest concern at VRBOs. It’s obvious that the owners of this listing take great pride in their property. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family and we felt very comfortable and at home. ”Excellent communication with property manager and check in was a breeze! Excellent location! Trails nearby, bridge nearby and Fayetteville located within a few miles! The property has amazing sunsets, an epic field full of native milkweed and lots of wildlife! Clean, spacious and well stocked! Great Independence Day celebration! ”

”This was a good spot for our family of four adults. The hosts were responsive and polite. We very much appreciated the coffee & snacks, and Halo the cat was always there to greet us when we went out. We especially appreciated the lack of complex checkout chores that we've experienced elsewhere. ”Had many past places say it was secluded & wasn’t. This place definitely was secluded. Was a nice place to unplug but not to far to join the public (40 min drive). Walking in is surprising…. But main living is on the second floor. Very relaxing atmosphere. Was very clean. We usually don’t go to the same place twice but this property is on the list to revisit. Also feeding the horses was a nice touch. ”
