Essentially 2 blocks off of Dickson, EASILY walkable. 1 King Bed upstairs, 2 King Beds on Main Level, 1 King Bed and a Day Bed in basement. We have grandparent mobility issues. The ramp entrance into the house and accessible rooms were great. Wet Bar area on the main floor. Main Kitchen upstairs. This house is a renovated Real Estate/Law Office. Plenty of common space. The location is fantastic, It is close to the University of Arkansas but tucked away enough to avoid heavy traffic.
