  • The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

    Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 19 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
    In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

    Valbandon. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

    All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.4 m deep).
