The basement is designed for entertainment and socializing, featuring a game room equipped with table tennis, billiards, darts, and table football – perfect for fun evenings for all ages.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor includes an additional small living area with a kitchen and dining table, three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The attic floor offers two more cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dining area with a small kitchen, making the villa especially suitable for larger groups who appreciate extra privacy within the house.
