In the living room there is a flat TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen is equipped with: microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, induction cooker, fridge with freezer, suction hood, washing machine, electric kettle, el. coffee maker and all necessary utensils.
Two bedrooms have a 160×200 cm double bed, and one room has two separate beds of 90 x 200 cm. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The bathroom consists of a large sink, toilet and shower, while the toilet is separate and consists of a sink and a small wash basin.
The surface area is 300 m2, of which 30 m2 is covered terrace.
The terrace has a large dining table with chairs, 2 armchairs and 4 deck chairs.
Guests have at their disposal: a safe, a washing machine, iron with ironing board, a cot, a children’s chair, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a toaster, a mop and a box of first aid.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.
This is not a party apartment.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: 6,50 EURO PER PERSON, payable in cash on arrival.
SOJOURN TAX: 1,60 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT, payable in cash on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 EURO payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned on check-out if no issues have been caused.
