Luxuriously furnished apartment / penthouse of 219m2 with three bedrooms for 7 people is located on the floor and has a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, two parking spaces, fully covered with free wireless internet and offers you a unique feeling of paradise vacation with sea view and the islands of Brijuni.
It has two floors and the first floor consists of: open living room with dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet, hall, storage room with a spacious terrace.
On the second floor are: master bedroom with bath and walk-in cabinet, lounge area and terrace with jacuzzi.
Air conditioners are located in all rooms.
In the living room and master bedroom is a flat-screen TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen is equipped with: microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, induction cooker, fridge with freezer, suction hood, washing machine, electric kettle, el. coffee maker and all necessary utensils.
From the kitchen and dining room you can enjoy a spacious terrace with fantastic views of Brijuni.
One room has two separate beds measuring 90 × 200 cm, while the other room is for three persons and has a double bed 160 × 200 cm and one bed 90 × 200 cm. Both rooms have a separate bathroom with a large sink, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The master bedroom on the floor has a 180×200 cm double bed, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Within the room there is a walk in cabinet and a spacious bathroom with two washbasins, a bowl, a bidet, a shower and a bathtub.
Guests have at their disposal: a safe, a washing machine, iron with ironing board, a cot, a children’s chair, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a toaster, a mop and a box of first aid.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.
This is not a party apartment.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: 6,50 EURO PER PERSON, payable in cash on arrival.
SOJOURN TAX: 1,60 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT, payable in cash on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 EURO payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned on check-out if no issues have been caused.
