”The hotel was nice, we had a nice room with an excellent view. Breakfast was well laid out and nice to sit outside by the pool area every morning.
Staff very friendly and helpful and a gorgeous friendly dog too. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The addition of AC in the rooms was very welcome!
Overall we had a great time there. Just two things to mention: the hill up to the hotel is very steep and long, and secondly there isn't much around in terms of choice of restaurants if you're...

”Unfortunately, we don’t have many good things to say.
The property is not well maintained the beds are terrible
And many stairs to go down to the pool and to our room.
We stayed one night out of the three .”

”Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance.
1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

”The best service I've ever had in any hotel! Only 40 rooms and a lot of staff, so they have time for everyone. Felt like they actually care for you, and don't just do it because they have to.
Facilities (room, pool, common areas) actually better than the photos, and this is something that never happens. Notice also the park area with seating behind the pool area, and the free gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Great breakfast buffet and many other menus to choose from during the day.
Only minus is that...
