”For a 5 story Hotel, they need more than 1 waffle maker & 1 scrambled egg & sausage hot serving dish. Had to wait 10 minutes for more eggs & sausage. Had to put bagels through toaster twice because the came out only warm. Waited 20 minutes to make a waffle. No napkins just 2 bathroom rolls os paper towels. Nobody was cleaning up or fill the food items.
The bedroom was very nice. We chose hotel for the HOT breakfast. What a horrible disappointment.”

”For my 3 day I was not able to properly take a shower, because the shower drainage would immediately backup, with water covering my ankles. Not able to properly rinse off my feet Did NOT sit well with me at all. I was told the maintenance man was sick and he the maintenance showed up to work I was told and still no resolve. Will not refer friends/family. Thank you. Do better.”
