The new and open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room of the apartment building. On the large terrace with several seating options, this apartment has its own table with 6 chairs, and a grill is also available. There is a parking space for cars in front of the house.
