A modern, bright, and comfortably furnished holiday apartment awaits you. This approximately 35m² apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building (elevator available) and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The building is located at Stranddistelweg 6, just a short walk from the beautiful South Beach and the lovely marina. The attractive apartment is divided into a combined living/sleeping/dining area with a modern kitchenette, a comfortable dining and living area with a sofa and a double bed (160x200 cm).

The apartment also features a separate bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). You can relax in the modern bathroom with a toilet and shower. The bright kitchenette invites you to cook and enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (two ceramic hobs), refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee machine. There is ample crockery and cutlery provided (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.).

The living area is comfortably and modernly furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and dining area. A flat-screen TV and stereo system are also provided. The large windows bring plenty of light into the apartment and offer a beautiful view of the marina. The entire apartment has modern vinyl flooring.

The apartment also includes a designated parking space.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please also note that apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be considered suitable for allergy sufferers.

Thanks to the excellent location of the vacation rental, you have many leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, try stand-up paddleboarding, trampolining, swimming in the Baltic Sea, or, in bad weather, visit the "Fehmahre" adventure pool. The island's main town, Burg, can be reached by bicycle in just a few minutes. You will also be regularly informed about current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our local staff are always happy to assist you.
