The holiday apartment is located in the village of Meeschendorf, in the southeastern part of the island of Fehmarn, not far from the South Beach.

The apartment is on the first floor and is fully furnished for up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms, a shower room, a large living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area.

A wood-burning stove is available for cozy evenings.

Meeschendorf, and the apartment itself, is situated on a small hill. From there, you have a good view across the fields and a beautiful distant view of the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea is about 1 km away and can be easily reached by car, bicycle, or on foot. Meeschendorf beach is part of the South Beach area, meaning it has fine sand.
