Charming holiday apartment by the town park in Burg on Fehmarn. In the listed Villa Gerber, you can expect at least 90 m² of pure relaxation with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a light-filled living room, and a roof terrace with breathtaking views stretching to the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge.

The spacious living room leads to the roof terrace. The high-quality renovated shower room and a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Your master bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. A second bedroom with sloping ceilings offers two single beds and a desk.

A swimming pool in the adjacent building is available upon request and subject to availability at reasonable rates.

Villa Gerber was renovated in the summer of 2020 with a new slate roof, skylights, thermal insulation, and a fresh coat of paint.

In 2020/2021, we equipped our property with a photovoltaic system and a fuel cell heating system, as sustainability is very important to us. Since then, we have been able to offer you a charging station for your electric car. Refueling is, of course, free of charge.
