The 120 m² holiday apartment at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 16a on Fehmarn spans two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people (an 8th person can be accommodated in an extra bed for an additional fee) as well as 1 infant in a crib. It features a spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a large bedroom with a combined living and sleeping area on the top floor. There are two bathrooms with showers.

The living area offers a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, free Wi-Fi, and a fireplace (please bring your own firewood). The dining area with panoramic windows offers a magnificent view of the Burger Binnensee lake and the marina. The top-floor apartment also includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a seating area, a TV, and a radio/CD player.

A south-facing balcony with garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax. A garden and barbecue are also available. A washing machine and dryer are provided. Pets are welcome. A car parking space, covered bicycle parking, and bicycle rental are available. Guests may need to bring some dish soap, laundry detergent, and kitchen towels. A variety of excursion destinations and events provide plenty of entertainment.
