The apartment has a living/bedroom with dining area and adjoining kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed with enough space to accommodate a cot, which is also available in the apartment. The entire apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers with vinyl and tiles. Radio, television and massive fly screens are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. Another highlight is the modern bathroom. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available in the café on the ground floor. This beautiful and modern furnished apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park (duplex parking space) directly under the house. In the basement of the house there is also a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer.In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, port snack bars, bike rentals and small shops, surfing schools and surf shops and a fishing cutter.
