Welcome to the holiday home "Nicole" in the nature adventure village Rosental - a true paradise for nature and recreation lovers! Nestled in the southernmost part of Carinthia, the holiday home offers an ideal starting point for discovering the fantastic landscape and the region's diverse leisure activities.
Just a few kilometres from beautiful lakes such as the Wörthersee, Millstätter See or Ossiacher See, you can swim, sail or simply enjoy the sun on the shore. These clear waters offer the perfect opportunity to refresh yourself and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings. The holiday village also has a wonderful swimming pond - a peaceful retreat for relaxing and swimming, which is exclusively available to our guests.
The holiday home "Nicole" is a comfortable domicile with generous living space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living and dining room with plenty of space for socialising. The pellet stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days and the WLAN and cable TV guarantee modern comfort. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in furniture and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and other practical appliances.
There are three separate bedrooms on the upper floor of the house: two with comfortable double beds and one with practical bunk beds, ideal for children or friends. There is enough space for up to 6 people to relax after an exciting day. The modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC offers additional comfort.
The holiday home has a beautiful garden surrounded by lush shrubs and offering privacy. The fixed barbecue invites you to enjoy convivial barbecue evenings, and the covered terrace with a spacious table and comfortable chairs provides the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals. A retractable awning provides pleasant shade on sunny days, and loungers offer plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing.
There is a car park directly in front of the house, so you can park your car easily. The Wörthersee Card also gives you many benefits, including discounts on sights, leisure activities and cultural events in the region.
With its clear lakes, rolling hills and imposing mountain peaks, Carinthia offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Drau cycle path R1, one of the most famous cycle paths in Austria, runs right past the holiday village and is particularly suitable for cyclists of all levels. There are also numerous tours for mountain hikers, which you can start directly from the holiday home.
After an active day, enjoy the idyllic natural surroundings and regional cuisine, which you can sample in the nearby restaurants. Some restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away and will spoil you with traditional Carinthian dishes and regional specialities.
