There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), accommodating up to four guests—ideal for couples, families, or friends eager to discover the charm of the port.



A highlight is the private balcony overlooking the harbor, perfect for morning coffee as Portocolom wakes up or for enjoying the soft evening light over the bay.



For your convenience, the house features high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, and cable TV. A cot and high chair are available on request for families with young children.



Thanks to its traditional thick walls and position between two breezeways, the house stays pleasantly cool even in the warmest months. The kitchen also has air conditioning.



The location is ideal for exploring Portocolom on foot or by car: seafront restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are nearby. Arenal dels Ases beach is about 1.1 km away, perfect for calm waters and soft sand.



Towels, bed linen, and beach towels are provided, as well as storage for bicycles. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed.
