You will find a fully equipped private kitchen featuring gas and induction cooktops, oven, steam cooker, and coffee machine. The property includes high-speed WiFi for video calls, private air conditioning throughout all bedrooms and living areas, private heating with underfloor heating in all bathrooms, TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include a private sauna for up to 3 people, 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and beach towels.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with 1 covered terrace and 4 uncovered terraces. The private saltwater pool measures approximately 15 x 5 meters with depths ranging from 1.5 to 2.1 meters, naturally heated by the sun and maintained with a chlorine tablet system. An outdoor shower and shared gym equipment are also available.



You will have access to 5 shared parking spaces on-site and a shared EV charger. One pet is allowed, and smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Self check-in is available.



The finca sits within a private, gated community above Portocolom, accessible through a secure entrance gate. As the last property on the hill, it offers privacy with no directly overlooking neighbors. Garden and pool maintenance occurs regularly during the season, typically on Mondays, Fridays, or Saturdays, with staff having independent access. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Please dispose of all waste before departure and ensure at least one full gas bottle remains for the grill and heaters.
