A powerful air conditioning system in the entrance area has sufficient power to cool the villa pleasantly during the hot summer nights. Outside you will find a garden with a well-kept lawn, a roofed and furnished terrace directly adjoining the house, a barbecue area and a Hi-Fi Bluetooth system. The absolute highlight of the accommodation, however, is the 50 m² pool, which is illuminated and provides for an unforgettable holiday atmosphere. Play ping-pong under a shady sun sail, enjoy the view of the mountains and sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun with a view of the palm trees. There is also an outdoor shower and a half-bath in the garden. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 4.3 km away and the nearest beach, Cala Murada, is 10 km or a 13-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful beach Platja Es Trenc is 22 km away. Portocolom, one of the most important fishing ports in Mallorca, is also only 4 km from the finca. On the harbour promenade you will find a wide variety of delicious restaurants and cafés with a fantastic view of the harbour and the old town.
