The house boasts two inviting living rooms, each with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a fireplace with firewood available for guests, and a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for endless entertainment. The spacious dining room features a large table that seats eight, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup for added convenience, while a washer and ironing equipment are available to meet your laundry needs.

All three bedrooms are en-suite and located on the upper floor, offering maximum privacy and comfort. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third feature two single beds each. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The en-suite bathrooms include all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The property also offers private parking, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
