”Buffet breakfast with everything you could need. Clean room with toiletries. Coffee tea hot choc,biscuits. Free parking.”

”Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

”It was brilliant the only down side is the state of the mattresses and the weirdly raised water waste pipe in the shower room that my child kept hurting himself on. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and my teenager loved that there was cool mirrors with a touch screen light ”

”When it says “ Sea View” it means it . Clear view of the bay all the way to the Port of Felixstowe. Very close ( 100 metres) to the beach but on a quiet campus away from the noisy seaside “ attractions “. It is the old Sanitorium to the now closed Felixstowe College. As such the doors and corridors are wide and the rooms spacious. Each room has a door onto the private patio. The rest of the campus seems to be posh flats . We weren’t disturbed at all and the natives seemed friendly. Dad is 92...
