”Five stars”

”This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel.”

”So disgusting, I had to leave and book a new place. Couldn’t be bothered to give me a full roll of toilet paper, or clean rags (look at pic). Oh, my door was wide open when I got to the room too?”

”We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet provided plenty of excellent choices. While we missed having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, the overall experience was still highly positive.”

”Perfect location for the event we attended at the Old National Events center.”

”The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The hotel was very convenient for an event we attended at the Ford Center.”

”The room was clean but a bit out of date. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Unable to use pool/hot tub due to an incident with another guest which was disappointing since we booked the hotel for the hot tub.”

”We just needed a place to stay as we passed through. This was a great place! Very peaceful, rooms and lobby were super clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while (including bacon which is getting rare!). I would definitely stay here again.”

”Everything was clean, the beds are comfy compared to other places we've stayed. Staff was all friendly & helpful.”

”Have stayed her a few times, and one great part was the free breakfast; not this time. Breakfast was pitiful. Just not the quality or variety of choices. It was just pitiful. My mattress was hard and lumpy, and I did not sleep well; thank God I didn't have an accident on my way home. Very disappointed with this stay.”

”As a traveling nurse that visits the area regularly, I have found my new hotel. This is my second time here and everything is great just as the first. Clean, quiet, convenient, great breakfast selection, not Continental…real food! Staff is courteous and helpful. Not one complaint! 10/10 Best value in the area!!!”

”The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross.”

”The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

”Pro: One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. Con: Furniture had extremely heavy dust all over.”

”Great place, extremely clean room”

”The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel.”

”From check in to check out everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot and this was by far the BEST one we have experienced!”

”Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.”
