”Our recent stay at Host El's cottage couldn't have been any sweeter - from our initial communication with her via email/text to getting a tour of the place upon our arrival, every corner was a sign that the property was deeply cared for; original 1940's fixtures in the home with eclectic art, plants, picturesque patio chairs facing the nearby Hutchins Lake and it's subsequent sunsets, plus personal touches all over made what otherwise was a too-fast weekend getaway feel all the more like home....

”Nice old vintage inn that's been upgraded to modern beds and bathrooms. Still has period furnishings whereever it makes sense. Owners are the staff and are very attentive.”

”This house is everything you see in the pictures and much more. The indoor pool is fantastic, especially if you have kids with you. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the large dining room table. The location is perfect as it's a quick drive to South Haven and Saugatuck. The hidden gem is the Glenn Convenience Store for any last minute needs you have. They also have good pizza and sandwiches. We would definitely stay here again.”
