”The place was very clean and a perfect location - easy walk to the beach and downtown. The house was well stocked with necessities. It was also very spacious. The downstairs flows nicely and has adequate seating/space for everyone. ”

”Communication with Tim was effortless which I appreciate very much! There was no need to contact him once we were there because everything was great. Clean and about a 10 minute walk into the beautiful village area. Backyard area was a hit with my two adult daughters and my granddaughter of 15 months. If you are traveling with a little one there are two sets of stairs to be careful of. We used the kitchen chairs to block and it worked out just fine. All in all we had a wonderful stay in...

”This home is beautiful and in the perfect location! Walking distance to all the fun things in Saugatuck! The check in and check out process was a breeze. We all loved sitting in the screened in sunroom with our morning coffee. Delightful stay!”

”The property was amazing. A ton of comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies, and so many fun activities available. Our group especially loved the basketball court and frisbee golf but there was a ton of other games available too. Location was great too, removed enough from town to feel nice and secluded but still close enough to get downtown very quickly.”

”This home was perfect for gathering our generations together — something fun for everyone! The weather was perfect for the beach all week and we rented a pontoon for sunset cruise last day. We loved being so close to the picturesque walking paths around town and relaxing in the swim spa each evening. Everyone got to see their favorite movies on the big screen during the week. Family movie night was a hit!”

”The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was very functional and the living area comfortable. The king sized beds were firm (but not too much) and there’s plenty of room in the closets. The walk to downtown was more than we could handle but driving to it was easy. The fire pit was ready to go, which was great for s’mores. ”

”The place is beautiful, cozy, incredibly centrally located, and absolutely great! I stayed with my mom and two young kids and we had a blast! It was clean, the back screened in porch wonderful for family game nights, and well stocked with everything that we needed. Communication and check-in were super smooth. Would stay here again anytime!”

”This was the perfect location for 2 couples and young kids. The weather was rainy and the basement play room kept the children entertained all morning. Enough space to spread out, and plenty of bathrooms. Listing pictures are accurate and the home was clean and we really appreciated the labels in the kitchen it made it really easy to find everything.”
