”I booked this room at the last minute and was not disappointed. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.”

”We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and...

”The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

”There was a smell of mold coming from our room from the get go. This needs to be looked into either the carpeting or the walls etc.”

”The property is a bit older and could use some updates. The room was clean, staff was generally helpful. Lighting was dark, to me, in the hallways and not as inviting as I would like. It was quiet and felt generally safe. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, but no eggs or sausage/bacon. I wasn't super-impressed overall and I probably wouldn't stay here a second time.”

”In room hot tub was nice. Room had some damages that were minor, but for the cost of the room per night...should be repaired.”

”We had a great stay! Perfect location to the best areas and nearby beach. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our 2 dogs with and they had a nice area for them to hang out. There was a mishap and we left a bag behind. When we called, the owner graciously offered to ship it to us. We will definitely stay again!”
