”We were at this hotel to go to a family wedding. We reserved a handicapped room hoping for a walk-in shower. Nope. However the closet clothes bar was very low —I guess for a wheelchair bound person. There was a plastic piece to cover the bump from the tile area to the carpet. It was nailed down but the nails were popping up & we constantly caught our shows & socks on those nails. ”Why do hotel rooms have only 1 chair. We are a couple & would like 2 chairs in a room The breakfast was pretty pitiful. We were not impressed. The actual facilities were very nice & I would return but go elsewhere for breakfast”

”When I was finally ready to take a shower after getting settled in the water was freezing cold. The head of the bed was closer to the floor than the foot of the bed. The air conditioner kept going off, and I had peeping construction workers through my back window! Definitely not my most comfortable hotel to stay in.”
