”This was our annual Girls Fall Getaway and the cottage was in the perfect location. Literally just across the street is a trail where we did our morning runs and walks and a brewery which had several events during our 4 day stay. The cottage was driving distance to other breweries and restaurants. We even completed the annual Dogfish 6k Dash while we were there. Josh was great and was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!”

”The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. ”This property was very clean. The check in process is super easy and the host are very quick to respond and attend to your needs. We were missing some bedsheet for the fold out couch and trundle bed, but after texting the host they were delivered almost instantly. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. The community pool was also nice and a close walk to this property. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with all the utensils and pans. We also took advantage of the grill outside. This property...
