”The room was spacious and clean. The only problem I had was we reserved a 5 night stay and we did not receive any housekeeping until the fourth day. The woman at the front desk said that I had opted out of housekeeping which I had not. She was not friendly or helpful and acted like I was irritating her. Ultimately, they did clean my room the last two days of my stay. Had the woman at the front desk been friendly it would not have bothered me so much.

”Chaotic front desk area in the evening when we tried to check in. We (and about six other people) had to wait over ten minutes before a staff member arrived to take care of us. Clearly management doesn’t schedule enough staff I the evenings. The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price. We should have stayed across the street at the Springhill for half the price.”

”I had asked at check in if I could modify the length of my stay by one day. They said call Expedia, it’s not our decision. So I called Expedia and they said sure but had to ask the hotel if it was okay. After waiting on hold for 10 min, Expedia told me the hotel said no way.
So I gave up trying and ate the lost cost.
The hotel overall was average. The air conditioning was great!”

”Everything advertised in this place is legit, we had a wonderful time all weekend while we were there for an event room service was great the front desk staff were awesome very clean building and property.
