”I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. ”The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more.”

There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok.”

”I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong.”

”it was absolutely terrible. we had to go to five rooms before we would find a room that would lock. some of them didn't have lights. there was hoes in the walls. there was paint spots on everything. it was dirty. the towels looked dirty. they were folded. the tubs have been painted. can't believe you all have this on your site for experience would never recommend”

”Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”

”We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer.”
