âThe lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at allâ

âRoom needs to be clean thourogjly. Found garbage on floor nooks and crannies. Even a golf ball out in the open by the wall. Hard to miss â

âCheckin was easy. Have niy stayed here for 10 plus years and the hitel is definitely showing its age. The bedding has visible stains which should have been noted by housekeeperâ

âThe unit was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. We were happy to find all the appliances worked and the sink/shower drained quickly. No issues during our stay. Close to the state park and to Birch Bay/Blaine. Would stay here again!â
