”We had a very nice three day stay. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room on our arrival. The room overall was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm which I like. The pillows were a bit too soft. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.”

”Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.”

”I won’t be staying here again. The original room I was assigned was in a dark hallway in a first floor corner of the hotel, no other rooms nearby. The room was dark but tidy, the window was cracked and the window frame had signs of being pried on, it was broken. The ground floor access to this room from the outside was unacceptable to me. I went back to the front desk and said the room was unsafe, the staff were great and understanding and moved me to a 3rd floor room, which suited my...

”very welcoming environment”

”Proximity to the airport is a huge asset. They have a 24 hour shuttle bus service which allows us to leave our car at the Hotel. The restaurant/bar has excellent service and the menu is great. The morning after our stay our car battery was dead and they graciously helped us get the battery jumped and we were on our way. I always stay at the Sheraton when traveling.”

”A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”
