Top Floor Condo | Incredible Mountain Views | 3 Beds | Walk to Ski Lifts

This unit offers panoramic views of the Fernie alpine resort and the neighboring mountains and green scape. The open-plan living makes it a perfect space to enjoy with family and friends. With the ski lifts and bike trails just a short walk away, you can relax in the morning and come back for lunch if you want! Within the complex you can find multiple outdoor hot tubs, games’ rooms, and a sauna. For food, dining, and entertainment Fernie's historic downtown is just an 8-minute drive away.

The bedroom set up works great for all groups and you can sleep up to a maximum of 6 guests. The first bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, plenty of storage and a bathroom with shower attached, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The second bedroom has two double beds that can sleep up to 4 guests in total. There is plenty of storage in this bedroom and has a desk that is multi-functional. The bathroom attached has a shower and tub combination.

All beds are made up of with quality hotel-grade linens and both bathrooms are set up with enough towels for all guests, with extras available for use at the hot tub. We have provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, and a hairdryer so that you can pack light!

We want our guests to be able to eat well so we have supplied all the kitchen comforts of home. There is everything from kettle, coffeemaker, blender, crock pot, as well as the basic plateware, and utensils. Some basic kitchen essentials have been provided such as coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper and some complimentary extras are also here waiting for you. This includes hot chocolates, teas and oatmeals.

The kitchen space flows into the dining area which seats up to 6 guests and then into the living room which has ample comfortable seating. With the cozy lounge area and amazing views, you can’t help but feel relaxed after a fun-filled day of activities in Fernie. The gas fireplace keeps the property warm during the winter months and is the perfect feature for a cozy night in.
The living area features a large smart television, Bose speaker, and a chest containing a selection of board games. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room, the perfect place to enjoy those beautiful mountain views!

Also included in this condo is paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities. If there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and is not mentioned above, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist further.

As well as the complex’s hot tubs, sauna, and games’ rooms, you can find coin laundry in the basement. There are communal BBQs so you can grill throughout the year. Entry into the condo is incredibly easy and is code accessed so you never have to bring a key with you.

All our guests will get access to ski lockers located in the basement of the building which can also be used to store all sorts of seasonal gear throughout your stay.

*Please be aware that there is no indoor bike storage, however there are multiple bike racks located throughout the complex.*
