”Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. ”

”What a lovely place for a holiday. The pool was amazing and very sheltered when it was windy. Location is great, just a short stroll to the supermarket, restaurants or the beach. Or an Uber ride to livlier towns. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, meats and pastries. We particularly enjoyed the Pastel de Nata. Really good value and had everything we needed.”

”Very nice place, clean and friendly. We had the room with no view because that was the only awailable that time, but we still could enjoy the view from the common terrace where the breakfast was served. ”

”We had an incredible time at Monte da Vilharinha. Driving into the property is like something out of a movie. The rural landscape boasts quintessential while buildings, herds of cows with bells, fields of flowers and streams. When we arrived we were greeted by Jafer and the property dog cookie. Jafer was the most incredible host guiding us around the property, letting us know where to take the (free) bikes and available to answer any questions via WhatsApp at any time. Breakfast is included...

”The place was beautiful and the owners were beyond accommodating. We had so much fun relaxing at the pool and going to the beach in the morning. It’s a little outside of Lagos but definitely worth the stay”
