”New hotel, so needs some improvement. Elevator not working properly at times. Garage door did not open when leaving the parking. Breakfast was good.
Air conditioner in the room did not work. One night had to sleep without aircon at 28C.

”Good for the cheap price. Room is average, has all that it needs, even a fridge which you usually don’t get. Breakfast was ok, had a good selection of cakes and pastries, fridge full of yoghurts and usual Scrambled egg, bacon and beans. "The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they could not change the room until the supervisor arrived. It took several hours to get new rooms, and we had to insist a lot. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and not client friendly. "
"It was in general an amazing hotel. However, it was a disappointment that my friend paid the hotel although I said I'd arrive and pay it, a few hours after his arrival. That trust would have been appreciated because it was agreed upon earlier when I contacted a few times about it."
