”The owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. Be prepared to have a car (or driver) in order to get to places as the hotel is not in the immediate vicinity of attractions or towns/cities.
