”Such a beautiful log cabin inside and out with plenty of room! Just like home away from home with all you’d need. Love that all the BRs have a full BA and enjoyed the large screen TVs. The only thing I’d mention is that the path to the lake is very long and steep with “free form wooden planks”, no handrails, and not easy to navigate for those with any mobility issues. ”

”We enjoyed our stay in the cabin! The cabin was well equipped with all necessities. It was nice sitting in the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch and looking out into the woods from the back. Only problem was the mosquitos but there was a can of OFF under the bathroom sink! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and calm vacation that is in close proximity to state park with hiking trails. 20 minute drive to Walmart but it seemed faster.”

”We loved the cabin in the woods. It was very roomy and comfortable Everything that we needed for cooking was available . The porch was great. When we come to Meadows of Dan we are visiting with family in nearby Laurel Fork. The cabin is so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the overlooks on the Parkway at Rocky Knob are spectacular . ”The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.”
