”The only complaint was that there should have been an additional pancake maker, as the line to make pancakes was long. Otherwise, everything was great.”

”The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

”Breakfast was good. Lots of opens. Pool and hot tub were nice but fluctuating temperatures. Screws were falling out of our doors. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the windows. The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. ”

”There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. ”

”The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive and helpful. For a chain hotel it was okay, lots of restaurants/ stores nearby. The washer/dryers weren't cleaned or well maintained. I suggest cleaning your room yourself before settling in. Like most hotels its just spot cleaned or made to look clean when actually its not that clean. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave however the freezer looks like it's never been defrosted and cleaned, the fridge was somewhat cleaned, the microwave wasn't...
