”Super service !!! Hicham et Ibtissam (les hôtes) sont d’un accueil ultra chaleureux. Ils sont aux petits soins tout le temps et a n’importe quel moment. Le riad est bien situé par rapport a la medina. Mais attention seul bémol hyper difficilement accessible en voiture et faut marcher entre le parking en extérieur et la medina pour y arriver. ”

”Honestly we could not give any recommendations for this place. We did actually stay because as you will read the place was terrible. Firstly the Riad people were not welcoming. If you get over that, then they point you to your room which we found smelly and dirty. The shower was down steep stairs that felt unsafe. Poke your face into the bathroom and it looked unhygienic. Find another place.”

”Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est impeccable. Le manager a été très agréable et nous avons discuté longtemps avec lui. Il nous a appris grandement sur les traditions marocaines et la ville de Fès. L’endroit est magnifique et le déjeuner est typiquement marocain. Les seuls bémols sont que la télé ne fonctionnait pas (probablement notre erreur), même si nous ne l’avons essayé qu’une fois et le balcon pourrait faire bon usage d’un peu plus d’entretien. Autrement, c’était super...

”Reception was by two very enthusiastic, accommodating, and polite 2 young men. The view from the terrasse is stunning. The place offers a breakfast as part of the stay, unfortunately I had a late dinner in Sefrou, hence I was not hungry, and also ai was in hurry to take a long road to Chefchaouene, I declined. I imagine though that the breakfast must be delcious: they use fresh eggs, honey, and produce all from the farm hens, bees, and garden.”

”I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's clean and cosy, and the lady who owns it is the nicest, kindest person you will ever meet. It is genuinely welcoming and comfortable. I will definely be back.”

”숙소 직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 숙소가 전통적인 방식에 특이하고 깔끔했습니다, 옥상 루프탑도 예뻤어요 조식도 맛있게 너무 잘 먹었습니다, 짐보관 서비스도 좋았구요, 다만, 바디워시랑 샴푸가 구분이 안 가서 불편했고, 에어컨 냉매가 없는지 계속 꺼져서 더 더웠다면 힘들었을 것 같습니다”

”Place is okay not best condition. However the staff were excellent with services and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with our luggages all the time, and also made sure we got to the Riad safely even tho we arrived midnight. ”
