”Riad Fes Maya is a stunningly beautiful building. The room we had was ornate and spacious, but dark. Natural light filtered in from the courtyard at the expense of privacy, a concept implicitly understood by the other guests. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop deck twice during our stay and found breakfasts enjoyable as long as we could stay out of the hot late May sun and out of the glass enclosed room where most guests sat. ”Exceptional stay — the best of our Morocco trip We stayed here from May 13–15, 2026, and had an excellent experience. This was the best hotel stay of our entire Morocco trip (Marrakech, the Sahara Desert, Fes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, and Casablanca).
