”This place was very disappointing. It has the air of a place going out of business. The staff didn't seem to care about the condition of it, and there was a charge for absolutely everything. For a surf camp it was surprising that there was no beach or area to surf by the property. They also didn't seem to be keen to teach surfing it's only for established surfers, which then have to pay $50 a day to surf. The property itself was the biggest let down. ”awful experience. about 90% of the Island is closed because of tv series shooting. it's been closed for 4 months already and will be atleast for another 2months. u have only 1 beach wich is dirty and there is broken glass here and there. the hotel manager did Nothing to make our stay better. he promised free dinner for us but when we tried to get it he said he wouldn't give cause he changed his mind. first room we had was family bungalow and at night it was full of grasshoppers. we complained...

”We stayed at the Travellers Beach Resort Hostel for two nights in early March. Our stay was very enjoyable and met people from all over the world. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Improvements and updates could be be made, but we would recommend it when in Fiji.”
