”The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.”

”Parking was fine, they advertise for hot tub, no hot tub, they advertise pool, pool been down for several months. Rooms were clean and fine, except the drain in one room did not work to drain the water had to put a cloth in drain to keep it up to drain properly. Overall not the best hotel for anything but a nights sleep. ”

”We didn’t use either of those facilities. The manager was amazing. We were there about 8weeks prior and she remembered me. ”

”Bathroom dirty and kitchen dirty. When I went to complain about it because I paid for a clean place and told her about it as I also requested things to clean it, the worker had this response “oh my god”. She then walked off to get it. I went and clean the tub not to mentioned it had hair all over it and the sides of the tub was dirty. The toilet has crap stain at the bottom and then it’s dirty at the back of the toilet. Experience not nice at all after driving 4hrs to come here to relax. ”

”The guy at the front desk when i checked in was very rude. The hall our room was on smelled like weed. Loud music heard from the rooms around us. I will not be staying there again. ”

”I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were working. When we arrive and go to the area the hot tub had no working jets although it was warm. Peeling paint in the pool area, the bottom of our room door was broken and one of the double beds was broken and every time you moved you heard metal on metal. We made do but not impressed.”
