The Space:
Fife Lake Lodge provides a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, convenience, and safety for your stay in Fife Lake, MI. Room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, 46” flat screen TV with Roku device for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, and 12 cup coffee makers to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are shared amenities like kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, grills and so much more!

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 1 private suite at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals during summer months (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

Other Things to Note:
Room 2 Only: This is a pet-friendly room for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds only. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation. Per pet fee: $25/night

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. At Fife Lake Lodge, enjoy the convenience of a public car/trailer parking lot nearby. Request amenities such as Pack n' Play/Travel crib & stair gate. An air mattress is available for an extra person fee ($20 per guest). Firewood is not provided.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)
