âWe really enjoyed the cottage. It had wonderful views, great places to sit outside, relax and enjoy being in the countryside. The property owner was great and even took us to a local winery. It only took about 20 minutes to drive into Coimbra so we had the best of city and country. There also was a great local restaurant for local style food. I would definitely stay there again. â

âIt is a nice, recently remodeled hotel. A little hard to find and unload on the narrow street, but ok.
But, Checkin took more than a half hour. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The shower is mounted at two meters, and the shower stall only has a half door, so unless you are tall enough to change the angle, you have a very were bathroom. Parking is on the parallel (main) street. Ok, but not good in the rain.
What takes this from a 4 to a 1 is the barking...
