"The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they could not change the room until the supervisor arrived. It took several hours to get new rooms, and we had to insist a lot. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and not client friendly. "

"We brought our dog and there was no issue but we didn’t feel very welcome. The dog was not allowed in the breakfast area but also not allowed to be left in the room alone, so we had to have breakfast separately with my partner. The was no sound proofing at all in the room, we woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise from the hallway and the room next to us. The hotel was very clean."
