With 3 bedrooms, rooftop with BBQ, WiFi, Smart TV, and a prime location one block from the sea, it s an intimate retreat to reconnect and experience the magic of Santa Marta.



During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool, interior patios, fully equipped kitchen, living room, second floor terrace, and rooftop with BBQ. Upon arrival, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you around the house, and explain everything you need to begin your stay comfortably and stress free. Laundry service is available through our team upon request, as well as optional additional cleaning services during your stay. Daily terrace cleaning is included to keep outdoor areas fresh and inviting. For privacy and security reasons, access is limited strictly to registered guests.

As this is an open tropical home, we recommend keeping doors closed in the evening to prevent insects and avoiding leaving food outside the refrigerator. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if any issue arises, please let us know before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and only allowed in outdoor terrace areas. Failure to comply will result in a fine of COP $250,000. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel related issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet are not grounds for refunds, as these are external factors beyond our control in a developing city. We will always do our best to coordinate with providers and resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
