”Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems.”

”The directions and communication from the owner was excellent and check in was fine. The apartment is well furnished, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a good sized lounge and a well fitted kitchen, with certainly enough cutlery etc for 2 of us. It is a 5 minute walk downhill to the south beach promenade, a 5 minute walk slightly uphill to the town centre and location is excellent. Parking passes were kindly given and we were able to park dorectly outside the apartment. The heating was a little...

”Two bathrooms was an added bonus. You can’t beat the location of this apartment. Only downside would be, if bringing two cars, one needs to park on street which can be very busy. But, for the location, it’s a small compromise!”

”Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay....
